Esculturas em Madeira Pet

• Prazo Máximo de Entrega: Para as nossas esculturas em madeira, entregamos nossos pedidos via correios. O prazo máximo para entrega que eles nos pedem, utilizando o frete padrão, é de no máximo 15 dias úteis.
• Possibilidade de Entrega Antecipada: Esse prazo é uma estimativa máxima, mas muitas vezes a entrega pode ser realizada antes desse período. Por exemplo, para os estados de MG e SP, que são próximos à nossa fábrica, alguns clientes relataram que receberam suas esculturas em até 3 dias corridos. No entanto, ressaltamos que essa é uma experiência individual e não uma garantia para todos os pedidos.
• Produção Artesanal: Lembre-se de que nossas esculturas são peças artesanais, produzidas e personalizadas com muito cuidado e dedicação. Por isso, levamos de 01 a 07 dias para despachar o pedido, já que cada nome é gravado a laser, garantindo a qualidade e a personalização.

Brinquedos e Outros Produtos

• Produtos Importados: Para os brinquedos e outros produtos importados da nossa loja, o prazo de entrega pode ser maior, chegando a até 20 dias úteis. Garantimos que todos os produtos passam por rigorosos controles de qualidade.

Opção de Frete Rápido (Sedex)

Se você deseja receber seu pedido de maneira ainda mais rápida, oferecemos a opção de frete via Sedex, que possui um prazo de entrega mais curto. O valor e o tempo estimado de entrega dessa opção estarão disponíveis durante o processo de checkout.

We always want satisfied customers in our store. We want the products to cause a general feeling of happiness when they arrive at your home so that you come back again and again.

If for any reason you are disappointed with your purchase, we will do our best to resolve your issue by following some simple rules for exchanges, returns and refunds.

Repentance and withdrawal:

In the case of exchanges and returns due to regret or withdrawal, when the product is in perfect condition but does not please the customer, the customer will have a period of 7 (seven) days, counting from the date of receipt of the merchandise, to make the return request by telephone or email.

How to proceed in case of return or exchange due to regret:

1. Contact support via email.
2. Send the product by post, with postage paid by the customer, to the sender's address. Important: the product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use, no broken seal, if any, and accompanied by all accessories.

Upon receipt of the product and confirmation of the above conditions, you may choose to:

- Receiving a store credit for the total amount paid, which can be used to purchase another product immediately, or for a future purchase, valid for 6 months.

- Refund of the value of the product, using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

*If the order has already been sent and cancellation is requested, the customer must wait for the product to arrive, send it to the address indicated by the company and the amount paid will be refunded.

* The Store is exempt from the obligation to exchange any product whose defect was caused by misuse, or to respond to requests outside the aforementioned deadlines.

We provide measurements in centimeters for our products so that there is no error in choosing the size. According to the Consumer Protection Code - Article 18, there is no legal obligation for the retailer to exchange products due to the consumer's regret regarding the color, size, model, or any other reason. The right guaranteed to the customer by the Consumer Protection Code is to exchange products only in the case of defective products.

Other occurrences:

All occurrences described above, and any others that may be identified, must be reported to the Store by telephone or email.

Products returned without this communication, outside the deadline or without accompanying items/accessories, may be returned without prior consultation.

In addition to the occurrences mentioned, if any of the following situations occur, receipt of the product must be refused.

- Open or damaged packaging;

- Damaged product;

- Product does not match the order;

- Lack of accessories.

If you still receive the product, please contact the Store's support within 72 hours of receipt. We hope we have clarified your doubts!
